Conservation and preparation of the fossils so that they were suitable for display was by Nigel Larkin (Natural-History-Conservation.com, U.K.).

Construction of the actual display was undertaken by Abdul and Izhar Hafiz and their team from the Private Department of His Highness the President. Wood working and construction of the display was by Al Maraj Carpentry (Mussafah, Abu Dhabi).
Manufacture of the numbered blocks and printing of the fossil labels was by Panorama Arts (Abu Dhabi).

The scale model of the ancient elephant, Stegotetrabelodon syrticus, was constructed by Abdul Hafiz and his team from the Private Department of His Highness the President. Dr Mark Beech (ADIAS) acted as scientific advisor.

The background diorama "Abu Dhabi 8 million years ago" was painted by Gemma Goodall (Antares Designs, U.K.) as three separate panels. Digital photography, stitching and editing of this painting was made by Gulf Colour Film (Salaam Street, Abu Dhabi). The final picture was printed and mounted inside the display by Riaz Ahmed Advertising & Neon Co. (Khalidiyah, Abu Dhabi).

Arabic translation of the exhibition display panels, fossil labels and exhibition leaflet was by Tariq Faham (Senior Translator, Emirates News Agency WAM, Ministry of Information and Culture). The arabic text was subsequently revised by Ahmad Alshemari and Hamid Almutairi (National Museum of Kuwait) and Wafa Mordaa (ADCO, Abu Dhabi).
